1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or enrolling in any programme, course, event, or service offered by Sahab Collective, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or enrol in any programme.
These Terms apply to all services offered by Sahab Collective including but not limited to:
In-person writing programmes
Instructor-led online programmes
Self-paced online courses
Workshops and seminars
Retreats and community events
Access to digital learning materials

2. Programme Enrolment

Enrolment in a Sahab Collective programme constitutes a request to reserve a place within a limited cohort or learning environment.
Places in programmes are limited and offered on a first-come basis. A place is confirmed only once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued.
Sahab Collective reserves the right to decline enrolment where necessary.
Programme descriptions on the website aim to accurately represent the learning experience but may evolve in response to educational needs or logistical circumstances.
Participation in a programme does not guarantee publication, professional representation, or any specific creative outcome.

3. Payments and Pricing

All programme fees are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Sahab Collective reserves the right to change programme pricing at any time; however, the price confirmed at the time of purchase will be honoured.
Payments may be made either:
in full; or
through an approved instalment plan.
Where an instalment option is selected, the instalments constitute a payment plan for the full programme fee rather than a cancellable subscription.
Once a programme has begun, all instalments remain payable.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of programme access.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your enrolment, you must notify Sahab Collective in writing via email at:
info@sahabcollective.com
For cohort-based programmes (including in-person or instructor-led online programmes):
Cancellation is permitted up to fourteen (14) days before the programme start date, unless otherwise stated.
Once a programme has commenced, enrolment is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance.
Non-attendance, partial attendance, or withdrawal from participation does not release the participant from payment obligations.
For self-paced online programmes or digital learning resources, cancellation terms may differ and will be stated at the point of purchase.

5. Programme Participation and Conduct

Sahab Collective programmes are designed as collaborative learning environments.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, guest speakers, and fellow participants.
Sahab Collective reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme or community platform if behaviour is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise undermines the learning environment.
In such circumstances refunds will not normally be issued.

6. Programme Changes

Sahab Collective may occasionally need to adjust programme details.
This may include changes to:
session dates or times
programme venues

delivery format
Where sessions cannot be held at the originally scheduled time, date, or location, Sahab Collective will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.
Such alternatives may include delivering the session online.
Participants will be informed where possible.

7. Force Majeure

Sahab Collective shall not be liable for failure to deliver services where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:
government restrictions
public health emergencies
venue closures
natural events
power or network disruptions
acts of war or civil disturbance
Where possible, alternative arrangements will be made, including rescheduling sessions or delivering sessions online.
